PLACING AN ORDER AND PAYMENT
You can shop from our website PET-TURE.com using Visa/Mastercard credit cards. Payment through credit cards is made online through the PAYU PAYMENT system.
Our visitors will be informed if the system in question cannot complete the operation due to any reason. Upon confirmation of payment, your order will be prepared and shipped.
VAT is included in the prices of our products.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Upon confirmation of payment, the ordered product will be delivered to your address
by YURTICI KARGO cargo.
Stocked products will be delivered in 7 calendar days, and products without stock
in 30 calendar days.
Product invoice will be shipped with the product.
We advice checking the product in front of the courier once it is delivered. Our products are insured and therefore compensation due to damage during delivery is covered by the courier company. If the product is damaged, you must ask the courier to take a statement down and return the product through the same courier company.
CANCELLATION
You can cancel your order before the product is shipped, meaning when it says “your order has been placed”, however it won’t be possible to cancel your order once it says “your order has is on its way”. You can e-mail us in order to cancel your order.
PAYMENT REFUND
Products can be returned or exchanged within fourteen (14) days upon purchase. In order to return or exchange products we must be notified and receive the request through e-mail within fourteen (14) days. The product must be returned with its invoice and shipping cost belongs to customers.
Returns and Refunds
The product must be returned in its original box. Used, washed, damaged products, which cannot be sold, will not be accepted. The return process can be started if the product is in a condition that abides by the rules of return. Upon confirmation of return, an email will be sent to the customer and the payment received from the credit card will be refunded. This process starts within fourteen (14) days upon the notification date.
